Aloha, I’m Karen ~ and I’m so glad you’re here.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Rosen Method Bodywork practitioner and hold a master’s degree is Somatic Psychology.

My work is grounded in the belief that the body holds deep intelligence and that healing happens through attentive, respectful touch. I support clients with a wide range of needs, including chronic pain, injury recovery, stress relief, and trauma-informed somatic healing.

Hamsa Healing Hawaii is my massage and bodywork practice, offering an integrative approach that blends Hawaiian lomi lomi massage, Rosen Method Bodywork, and somatic psychology. Influenced by my time on the West Coast and in Hawaii, and grounded in the steadiness of the Midwest, this work provides a calm, nervous-system-aware approach to therapeutic massage and somatic bodywork. Each session is personalized, paced with care, and designed to support both physical healing and emotional well-being.

I believe personal healing and growth is the highest form of activism we can take, and that is needed now more than ever. Whatever it is that you’re bringing to the table - I welcome it.
